In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order(s) and wish to return it to us, you may return the goods within 7 days in its original packaging with tags intact if the order was shipped locally in Singapore.
For international returns, we allow returns from international orders for 21 days.

Upon receiving the returned product(s), Seek will process a refund immediately. Seek also reserves all rights to process the refund and will only do so if the product(s) returned is/are in its original condition and packaging.
We do not offer exchanges at Seek.
We aim to process refunds for returns/exchanges within 7 working days. Refunds will be made via the payment mode selected at checkout, i.e if payment was made by Paypal, your refund will be processed to your Paypal account.

We do our best to restock popular models and colours but there is no guarantee that there will be a restock in the event that the item is sold out.

We offer worldwide shipping. When ordering, you may select the location to which the order is shipping and shipping charges will be provided when country is entered.

For orders placed in Singapore, you are entitled to free local shipping when you spend S$150 and above.
Delivery for local orders will take 7 working days to dispatch. For international orders, shipping will take between 7 to 14 working days.
Once payment is successful and your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may track the status of your order.
All local orders will be shipped via a courier service. In the event that you are not around to receive your parcel, the courier service company will leave you with instructions via email, SMS or a phone call to re-arrange for a delivery as a signature may be required upon successful delivery.
As for international shipments, all shipments will be done via an international delivery service. If you are not around to receive your parcel, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery at your convenience.
For orders placed online, we provide additional shipping address, should the shipping address be different from the billing address. However, if you have made a mistake while keying in your address, please contact us immediately with your order details so that we may amend it. If the order has left the warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.
When ordering items from SEEK, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Shipments are subject to taxes and duties determined by customs in the destination country.

After placing an order and making a payment, we will email to confirm if you order has been received and is being processed.
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link on your order. Alternatively, you can log on to your account and track the status of your delivery in your order history.
You will need to follow as to how to making changes to your prospective order before you submit it to the website at the checkout. However, once your order has been placed, we regret that we are unable to help with cancellation. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.
If an item is missing or an incorrect item was dispatched to you, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the name of the item that is missing or incorrect. We will do our best resolve this as quickly as we can.
In the event that the item you ordered is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or technical glitches, we will email you to inform you with regards to the cancelled order. We will also process a refund if payment was made.
